Flow into 2019 connected to your purpose and all that brings you happiness. Jen Wyatt will lead us through yoga, meditation, and writing exercises to connect to ourselves and set our positive intentions for the new year. We'll begin with a short personal reflection on our previous year, in order to let go of all that is now behind us. Jen will then lead a rejuvenating all-levels flow to ground us in the present moment, and open and connect with our heart. A guided centering meditation will help us gain clarity around our biggest desire for the upcoming year, and we'll close by writing our intentions for a happy, healthy, and amazing 2019!
