The energies of love, self-love, compassion, and forgiveness are related to the heart chakra. The heart chakra, called Anahata in Sanskrit, helps us connect with the element of air.
Join us for a multi-sensory experiential workshop designed to balance the heart chakra and tap into your sense of love, self-love, compassion, and forgiveness. Through pranayama, meditation, yoga, and a special h’oponopono practice, this workshop will balance and open the heart chakra. H’oponopono is a Hawaiian spiritual practice of forgiveness, for self and others, and is one practice to open the heart to love and compassion.
The heart chakra is the fourth of the seven main energy centers of the body, and is located at the sternum, in the center of the chest. When our heart chakra is in balance, we love self and others, we are compassionate, loving, forgiving, able to move through grief, and able to hold a healthy commitment. When we are out of balance, we may be possessive, love conditionally, fear rejection, feel unworthy to receive love, or block love.
Physically, the heart governs our circulatory system, lungs, heart, chest, shoulders, and hands. An imbalance in the heart chakra can cause asthma or other lung issues, heart issues, upper back and shoulder pain/tension, and blood disorders.
We all hold the ability to heal ourselves. Learn to connect the dots between your energy and your mental, emotional, and physical bodies. By the end of this workshop you’ll have added knowledge for increased self-awareness and the tools bring your energy into alignment when needed.
