Looking for a deeper experience? Want to to reconnect with your true self? Mindful Movement Yoga is the practice of cultivating awareness during a yoga practice. By gently directing the awareness to the breath and to different parts of the body, participants are able to still the mind and experience the true self, thereby letting go of self-judgment and experiencing inner peace. Mindful Movement Yoga also helps alleviate the symptoms of depression and anxiety by guiding the mind and giving it a rest. Afterwards participants feel relaxed, calm, and rejuvenated. $10 online, $15 to drop in.
