Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra Sisters of the Moon

Are you looking to heal your body or mind? Do you need deep relaxation and stress relief? Would you like to more powerfully manifest your intentions in the coming year?

Yoga Nidra, or "guided rest" is a meditative practice that guides participants into a deep state of relaxation. Described as “dynamic sleep,” the Yoga Nidra practice allows the body to deeply relax while the mind stays inwardly alert. Participants experience a deep state of consciousness that is between the waking and sleep states.

This state is very powerful for healing both the body and mind. It is also powerful for manifesting desires and profound change in the present and future. Yoga Nidra has also been used to successfully treat PTSD, anxiety, and depression. The practice essentially makes space for the brain to rewire negative thought patterns and destructive habits. By using personal intentions, participants can influence their subconscious to make positive change in the future.

It has been said that 30 minutes of Yoga Nidra is equivalent to 3 hours of sleep. Participants emerge relaxed, refreshed, and renewed.

Space is limited. $15 paid in advance, online. $25 at the door. Veterans pay $5 at the door. ***Sisters of the Moon Members attend for free.***
