Faces of the Goddess

Join us Friday, March 25th
6-8pm
Cambier Park

Join us in Cambier Park from 6-8pm on Friday, March 25th for an experience of connecting with our feminine nature.

As beings connected with the feminine, we are not meant to live life in a linear fashion. We are ever-spiraling, ever-changing beings, and ALL of our faces are to be revered. In this circle, we’ll connect deeply with the faces and phases of the feminine, and you’ll practice embracing the sacred spiral throughout your cycles of life.

My intention for you is to leave with an in-the-body knowing of:
. the goddess living within, recognizing her in your deepest wisdom and intuition
. the phases and faces of the goddess, including the triple goddess archetypes of Maiden, Mother, and Crone, and how these energies mirror the sacred cycles of the moon and seasons
. how to embrace the magic of the sacred spiral, the ebb and flow, rather than society’s “linear progress” model

Over the course of two hours, you will activate the goddess within through a combination of:
. feminine yoga and intuitive movement
. deep reflection and journaling
. optional personal sharing & storytelling

This is designed to support you, nourish you, and help you embrace the beauty of your own wild and sacred cycles, even during chaotic times in our collective.

Please bring:
. a journal and writing utensil
. a yoga mat or towel/blanket to sit and move on
. anything additional you would like to be comfortable (blankets, bolsters, cushions, camping chair, etc.)
. wear comfortable clothing in which you can move
