Join us for a monthly sunset beach yoga class, followed by a potluck picnic! Jen will lead you through a combination gentle flow and seated yin yoga class as the sun sets. Afterwards, we’ll enjoy a picnic potluck meal together! Please bring a beach towel and water for yoga, and a picnic dish or snack to share with the group.
In an effort to be green and care for the environment, please bring a reusable dish and utensil (we’ll have a few extras in case you forget!)
