Meet us on the lakeside beach for our Sunday morning yoga class!

Due to ongoing red tide, beach yoga will be moved to be waterside at Lake Avalon in Sugden Park.

We will meet on the main beach by the volleyball net! When you enter Sugden Park gates, drive to the left and park all the way the way at the end, you'll see a grassy parking lot.

Yoga by the water is a perfect way to connect with nature while taking care of your body and mind. Beginners are welcome - yoga is gentle and easily modified for all-levels.
