Join us for our third laser light yoga experience, this time set to the classic, fun, and powerful music of Jimi Hendrix. We'll flow to a curated mix of Jimi's classics and some requested favorites.
What to expect: > A dark room > A large projector displaying psychedelic visuals > Ample laser lighting > An all-levels yoga flow with lots of freedom for you to explore movement creatively and tune into yourself.

Why do I do this? I believe in the power of music. The power of music to help us feel deeply, to help us connect with hidden parts of ourselves, to connect with our creativity, and to get into a flow outside of the norm of our day to day. Music, to me, is healing. Music is motion, music is release, music is flow, music is life.
When we can allow our bodies to flow, to literally and figuratively be moved by powerful music, we amplify the healing ability and connect to our core.
