Bowie both came into this world and left this world in the month of January. This month marks 4 years since his body left this earth plane. We honor his spirit during this epic evening of interstellar flow.

Why do I do this? I believe in the power of music. The power of music to help us feel deeply, to help us connect with hidden parts of ourselves, to connect with our creativity, and to get into a flow outside of the norm of our day to day. Music, to me, is healing. Music is motion, music is release, music is flow, music is life.
When we can allow our bodies to flow, to literally and figuratively be moved by powerful music, we amplify the healing ability and connect to our core.
