About this Event

Wild Wanderer Ritual Retreats

Hosted by Jen Wyatt of Wander Free Wellness

Wild Wanderer Ritual Retreats are designed for those who are tired of living a life within a box; within the confines of an overly domesticated society that tells us who to be, how to act, and what values or aspirations to hold. Such a society places too much emphases on consumption, material gain, and distraction, and grows every more disconnected from our true nature as beings on this earth.

Join us to come together seasonally to commune in nature and in sacred gathering using practices designed to help reconnect with our true wild (i.e. natural, instinctual, intuitive, creative) and wandering (i.e. open-minded, curious, and exploratory) nature within. Some of these retreats will be for women only, and some will be open to all genders.

Each retreat will incorporate any of the following:

. meaningful and symbolic ritual or ceremony
. yoga and/or dance movement
. meditation or mindfulness practices
. journaling and self-reflection practices
. sharing and storytelling
. intuitive practices including the use of oracle or tarot cards
. art making
. sharing of meals in community
. deep connection with nature

* SPRING EQUINOX RITUAL WOMEN'S RETREAT *

Join us in community for a sacred women's retreat to celebrate the energies of spring and the spring equinox. The themes of the dawning new season involve the spirit of rebirth; a waxing energy of new possibility. It's a time of fertility and untapped, unlimited creative potential. Open-heartedness, sensuality, and empowered sexuality flow through this time. Each of these symbols represent the maiden archetype of the goddess.

Our location is a beautiful canal-side outdoor oasis in Bonita Springs where we can mindfully connect with nature while doing this important work. Consider this retreat your personal "spring cleaning" so that you can tap into your fertile creative energies and claim a wild and free life of your choosing.

Women Supporting Women

This retreat is designed to support women in all ways. Not only will you be supported in community with all the other amazing women attending the retreat, but we have assembled a team of women that are helping to lift each other up.

First, we will be hosting this space at This Side Retreat, a beautiful canal-side private residence surrounded by beautiful trees and nature. This Side Retreat is maintained by Kristen Catrabone, another yoga instructor and sound healer in the area, who will be attending the retreat!

Our meals will be consciously created by local goddess Christy M. Duff, who wows us all with her vegan, gluten free, and refined-sugar free treats that are both beautiful and delicious. She’ll be making our morning snacks as well as our full gluten free and vegan organic lunch. She has studied Ayurveda and all food will be designed to balance the chakra system.

Our cold-pressed juice will be from local female-run business Irene's Dream. Irene’s juices are amazing, delicious, healthy and she takes care of the environment by always packaging in glass (you can return the bottles for a discount on your next order). We'll have one of her famous blends available for you when you arrive!

And of course, Wander Free Wellness is completely female-run with the blood, sweat, and tears of yours truly. It’s my mission to help you feel empowered and free to live the life of your choosing.

In a time of rising fear and anxiety, how can we come together to support one another?

Wander Free.
