Meet us for our morning yoga class at Fleischmann Park. This location is temporary while the beaches are closed (and then we will return to Seagate Beach).

We will meet at the large gazebo that is located behind the playground (which also has a small gazebo within it).

Yoga outdoors is a perfect way to connect with nature while taking care of your body and mind. Beginners are welcome - yoga is gentle and easily modified for all-levels.

Bring a beach towel or yoga mat, some water, and an open-mind.
