Who is the witch?

She is the most misunderstood archetype of them all.

Witch is a term that was cast upon women who were unmarried, who owned property, or who were deemed a threat (to the powerful institutions, or to jealous women).

These women were healers, artists, mystics, midwives, those who followed the sacred cycles of the earth, and just average women — daughters, sisters, and mothers.

Misplaced fear swirled through heavy air as innocent, powerful, loving women were accused and murdered.

In this full moon ritual, we honor the women who were persecuted for being true to themselves and being free.

We honor all of the ancestors who have come before us who withstood cruelty to make this life possible for us.

And we HAVE FUN because it’s spooky season!!!!

All of our full moon rituals are rooted in deep soulful inner work, healing, myth, archetypes, magick, and jungian psychology. We will take time to honor the ones who were accused of witchcraft and killed, name our own prayers and hopes for the future, and celebrate this time of the year.

These circles are a space of love for the highest good of all.
