We’ll be heading to the Occitanie region of Southwest, France. This region is known for its gorgeous scenery, historic castles and towns, hiking and adventure, and so much more.
A Peaceful Home Amongst Natural Beauty
Our home for the week will be Domaine de Mournac, a beautiful 12th century stone coachhouse set amongst 15 acres of woodlands and natural beauty. Overlooking the pyrenees mountains, this is the perfect place to rest, restore, and connect with your inner peace and the healing power of nature.
The 6 beautiful bedrooms and suites each hold 1-3 people and are a perfect way to feel immersed in French history while feeling pampered and rejuvenated. Please click here for more photos of each room.
Yoga & Mindfulness
Connect with yourself
Each day will begin with optional meditation, followed by a refreshing morning yoga flow. On some days, we will offer a second yin, restorative, or slow flow class to help us restore from the day.
The mindfulness doesn't stop in the yoga studio. I will be offering meditations and mindful walks in nature, as well as opportunities to reflect and connect with yourself on a regular basis.
In addition to our yoga classes, I will offer several special workshops. One will be a yin/restorative yoga class with reiki to help assist with relaxation and healing. Another will be a special intention setting/moon ceremony to connect with the cycles of nature and plant our intentions for new days to come. You’ll also have the opportunity to experience a mindful eating experience, where Certified Health Coach Kate Watson from Feeding the Journey will teach us how to be present as we enjoy our meal.
New to yoga?
It's a great time to get outside your comfort zone and try something new. I have experience working with all levels and ages. Whether you are just beginning your yoga journey or looking to advance your practice, we are here for you. All classes and workshops will be tailored to your needs. Remember classes and workshops are optional so feel free to skip a day and take some free time, this is your trip!
Meals Prepared with Love
Three meals daily will be lovingly prepared by a private chef. Most meals will be amazing vegetarian/vegan cuisine with options for meat on alternate days.
A glass of local red or white wine will be included with each dinner, with additional available for purchase.
On our last evening, you’ll experience a “Taste of Le Sud,” a multi-course tapas meal of amazing local fare paired with wine!
Exploration & Wandering
This retreat will provide included activities and excursions while balancing plenty of free time for your own leisure or exploration. Choose to spend your time relaxing among the grounds, wandering the nature trails, traveling the 1km by foot into the village, or going on a larger adventure to one of the many sites or activities in the area.
We’ll have time to wander the grounds and hike to the top of Mont Sec, jostle with locals at a traditional market, check out nearby historic cities, and learn about wine-making at a local vineyard.

Your Retreat Leader
Jen Wyatt is a lover of all things travel, nature, exploration, and adventure. She is a seeker of new experiences, a lover of connection and community, and of course, an avid yogini and yoga teacher. She has been exploring in nature and traveling since she was a child, spent five years working for the international travel company called EF (Education First), and has spent the last six years working as an elementary teacher in Boston Public Schools. She's been practicing yoga for 10 years, and teaching it to others for three. Jen understands the importance of making time for play, adventure, and connection, and knows that you deserve this time to unplug, recharge, and get back to your truest most alive version of yourself.
7 Nights lodging at Domaine de Mournac, a 12th century stone farmhouse with stunning grounds, plenty of room for wandering and relaxation, and breathtaking views of the Pyrenees mountains.
Three meals daily, vegetarian and vegan with options for meat on alternate days, as well as fruit, coffee, tea between meals. Dietary restrictions such as gluten free or dairy free can certainly be accommodated, but must be booked in advance.
Daily yoga & meditation. Both gentle flow, vinyasa, yin and restorative classes will be offered
Signature mindfulness workshops including reiki energy healing, chakra balancing, moon ceremony, and a mindful eating workshop.
Local hikes & nature excursions including a hike to the summit of Mont Sec
Vineyard tour and wine tasting excursion
Excursions to local historic towns and castles
Visit to a traditional local French market
Special tapas dinner by local chef with wine pairings
Roundtrip airport transfers from Toulouse Airport (TLS) to Domaine de Mournac and back (if flights booked within a certain arrival time frame, please check with Jen for details).
What's Not Included:
Airfare to Toulouse (TLS) - We will provide you with information on the timing of flights in order to be able to participate in the included group airport transfer. You are welcome to book flights into Carcassonne and arrange your own transportation to the venue, or you are more than welcome to rent a car to have more flexibility for your free time during the retreat.
Additional alcoholic beverages (one glass of wine provided with each dinner)
Transport or taxis for additional excursions on free days or during free time. In additional, airport transfers are not included for those not traveling within the specified times for group flights. Please contact Jen at firstname.lastname@example.org for more specific information regarding timing.

Shared double or twin accommodations: 1695 euros
Single accommodations: 2125 euros
To reserve your spot and lock-in your early-bird pricing you may either pay a 500 euro deposit, or commit to an 8-month payment plan and make your first payment.
Right now, an 8-month plan for a triple accommodation is only $250 per month!
Prices increase on March 1st and beyond to:

Shared double or twin accommodations: 1995 euros
Single accommodations: 2425 euros
