Mini-Retreat

August 6, 2017: Full Moon Hike & Optional Camping at Mount Monadnock!

Join Laura Loewy & Jen Wyatt as we journey to New Hampshire to hike Mt. Monadnock - with a claim to fame of the most climbed mountain in the world! We'll meet and park at the Monadnock State Park Headquarters before embarking on our day-long adventure.

We'll make our way up the White Dot trail, the steepest and most direct route to the summit, where you can enjoy your packed lunch at 3,165 feet. Monadnock is a moderately strenuous and very rocky hike of 3.9 miles round-trip, and has incredible views that make it all worth it (on a very clear day, you can see Boston!). We'll practice gentle and rejuvenating yoga at the start of our descent, and continue back to Headquarters on the White Cross trail.

OPTIONAL:
Sunday Night Camping We have reserved two campsites at the Monadnock Campground. Camping equipment & food is NOT included. However we are happy to help you find equipment and make arrangements for food!

Full Moon Yoga Ceremony Together we will clear our engergy through smudging rituals, meditate and baith in moonlight, set intentions, and recharge sacred objects. Please bring a candle & object/personal item you would like to charge with our groups collective energy. ( The full moon officially happens at 2:10pm Monday August 7th so we will be celebrating it's arrival)
