One-Day Retreat July 8, 2017: Full Moon Hike & Optional Camping at Mount Monadnock!

Join Laura Loewy & Jen Wyatt as we journey to New Hampshire to hike Mt. Monadnock - with a claim to fame of the most climbed mountain in the world! We'll meet and park at the Monadnock State Park Headquarters before embarking on our day-long adventure.

We'll make our way up the White Dot trail, the steepest and most direct route to the summit, where you can enjoy your packed lunch at 3,165 feet. Monadnock is a moderately strenuous and very rocky hike of 3.9 miles round-trip, and has incredible views that make it all worth it (on a very clear day, you can see Boston!). We'll practice gentle and rejuvenating yoga at the start of our descent, and continue back to Headquarters on the White Cross trail.

** Saturday Night ( Sunday @ 4am) will be the full moon! You will have the option to add on camping w/ an additional Full Moon Yoga Ceremony!! (We have reserved two campsites at the Monadnock Campground) This is an informal part of our adventure. Camping equipment is NOT included. However we are happy to help you ease into camping if this will be your first time! Please don't hesitate to ask questions!**
