The energies of imagination, intuition, wisdom, and inner knowing are related to the third eye chakra. The third eye chakra, called ajna in Sanskrit, and helps us connect with the energies of light or telepathic energy.

Join us for a multi-sensory experiential workshop designed to balance the third eye chakra and sharpen your own intuition. Through pranayama, meditation, yoga, and partner exercises relating to imagination and intuition, this workshop will balance and open the third eye and help you connect to and trust your own inner knowing.

The third eye chakra is the sixth of the seven main energy centers of the body, and is located at the center of the forehead, between the eyebrows. When our third eye chakra is in balance, we are in the present moment, insightful, intuitive, and we trust our own inner guidance system. When we are out of balance, we are overly logical, dogmatic, or overly intellectual to the detriment of our intuition.

Physically, the third eye chakra governs our eyes, base of skull, sinuses, and the pineal & pituitary glands. An imbalance in the third eye chakra can cause sinus issues, blindness, deafness, seizures, and other brain issues.

We all hold the ability to heal ourselves. Learn to connect the dots between your energy and your mental, emotional, and physical bodies. By the end of this workshop you’ll have added knowledge for increased self-awareness and the tools bring your energy into alignment when needed.
