Just three days after the Witch's New Year we are still inside the liminal time to connect with our ancestors. The veil is thin, and this time of year is perfect for connecting with and honoring those who have come before us, and all those who have died.

Join me as we honor the Ancestors through optional sharing and storytelling, guided visualization journey, movement, and more.

What to prepare:

:: If you have a particular ancestor or ancestral line you would like to connect with, make a dish of food that reminds you of that ancestor or line. We will hold space for the dead to come and join us in our feast.

:: You can also bring a memory or story from an ancestor or ancestral line that you would like to share with the group.

:: Bring a journal and writing utensil
